HDS Membership Services department changed its name to the HDS Group Service Center, or GSC, effective April 1, 2024. The strategic decision to rename this department aimed to clarify its dual-facing interactions, both internally and externally. This change provides a clearer delineation of its role to group administrators and our internal HDS departments, facilitating more effective communication and collaboration.
